Hi everyone! I hope you had a Merry Christmas! I wanted to give you all a recipe that I loved making (ok maybe eating more) at Christmas.
I found the recipe for the Sponge Kisses on Pinterest by Tastemade and I loved it. The first batch of my Sponge Kisses were really spongy and seemed under cooked, but while the oven was turned off and cooling, I put them back in. They got really crunchy, but after filling them in the morning and putting them in the fridge before lunch, they got really soft.
